AWS is having issues

AWS, Truple’s cloud provider, is experiencing issues at the moment (see https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. Unfortunately, this means the Truple app is down for the time being. We’re monitoring the situation closely and we’re in contact with AWS support. Issues like this are generally resolved within an hour or two, but on rare occasions can take longer.

The Truple app is designed with issues like this in mind, so accountability data should still be captured. You just won’t be able to view it until the issues with AWS are resolved.

Please wait patiently for AWS to resolve their issues. Truple should be fully back online once they do. We apologize for the inconvenience.
