Truple emails all report recipients whenever significant changes are made to the account. However, some users requested that they, as the account owners, would like to block their ability to change settings. For these customers, Truple has released account locking.
How does the account lock work?
The account lock is quite simple. Once the account is locked, the account owner will be unable to modify devices settings, delete report recipients, or cancel the subscription. If they wish to make any of these changes, the account must first be unlocked.
