Truple is hiring a customer support representative.
You’ll be responsible for responding to customer support requests throughout the day. You’ll be expected to learn Truple’s products, the ins and outs of how they work. You’ll be expected to learn some technical concepts to help you answer basic technical support emails. You’ll be expected to write customer support articles that answer recurring questions.
The position is:
- Remote (Work from home, or anywhere with a reliable internet connection)
- Part time (1-2 hours / day, spread throughout the day)
- Flexible hours, however you’ll be expected to respond to emails promptly throughout the day
The ideal candidate:
- Is responsible and reliable
- Communicates well in English (fluent English speaker)
- Is humble, and willing to learn
- Is patient
- Is technically capable (will need to use a smartphone, laptop to answer emails), and willing to learn technical concepts to help with technical support.
- Recognizes that there are dangers on the internet, and believes pornography is dangerous. Believes in Truple’s mission to offer tools to provide online protection to those who want it.
- Has an interest and/or experience in psychology, therapy, family life, or other related areas
- US Citizen, ideally located in Texas near DFW
Pay is $15-20 / hour.
