6:39pm Central
We’ve identified the issue and deployed the fix. The fix resolves everything going forward. We’re currently fixing the issue for screenshots that aren’t appearing from between 1:43PM Central to 5:53PM Central.
5:12pm Central
We did a deployment today that updated underlying code libraries on our server. We’d been testing this in development and didn’t have any issues. However, once we deployed to production, there was a bug that only showed itself when thousands of customers are using the service (which isn’t the case in our development environment). For those that are technically inclined, our database client was hitting a socket limit.
